How can I send a Facebook picture message?

Face book picture message

I have a 735 and only had it a week. On FB when im on a thread if I want to add a picture to a text from my pictures , when I press the camera symbol nothing happens. Is there a setting I need to do, I would thank anyone for some help , Im a woman in my 50s not a teenager and I don't have a clue how to solve this problem. Thank you .

I just pressed it and it brought up the picture picker. (in a comment thread in the Facebook app)
It should work, so maybe you should soft reset. Press and hold power + volume down for 10-15 seconds, or until you feel a short vibrate. No data will be lost.

If you're messaging someone, Facebook Messenger is superior to the webpage. (if you are trying to send pictures via messages)
