Why isn't my touchmove event working in the UC 10.1 browser Chinese version?

Windows Central Question

touchmove event is not working in UC 10.1 browser chinese version

I am developing a mobile application and touchmove event is not working in chinese UC browser, version 10.1 and 10.2.

But in the latest UC english version, its OK.
