a yellow box is appearing in my screen everytime I touch something but it does not go to the app

please help!! I can't use my nokia lumia 520. Its like the screen isnt moving and when i touch or slide, nothing happens. I removed the battery and everything for several times. help me pleaaase thank you!

did you do a soft or hard reset? look it up use a volume button and power button at same time.

Narrator is on. You should click then double click to select. Use two fingers to scroll. It's in ease of access.

Omg, I've help the volume button and power button at the same time and all it did was turn the volume up and the voice said about double tapping to activate the start button. it don't work.

Connect your phone to a PC and reset it using WDRT if you can't reset it using a button combination on the device itself.
