Get another Nokia 1520 or wait for newer phone?

I've been using the Nokia 1520 since last summer. I keep dropping it and now the screen has some display distortion, which is super annoying but still usable.

The only thing I hate about the 1520 is how big it is, which is why I keep dropping it. Reason I have the 1520 is because I broke my 1020 and the insurance sent me the 1520 because ATT doesn't offer the 1020 anymore. I have a free upgrade for my phone line in March.

Should I use my insurance to get another one or hold out for a future windows phone? (Insurance would be a $200 deductible)
I was looking at the Lumia 830, but if a newer windows phone is about to come out, I can hold off with my upgrade.

At this point in time I would hold off at least until MWC 2015 is over in the early part of March. Get a 635 to tide things over till a new Flagship comes out. That way you are spending less than $200 (your insurance deductible).
