How do I stop my network from freezing (Lumia 730)?

Network freeze problem in lumia 730

everytime the network gets freezed . I need to forcefully restart cel every 2 hours!
cant call mesage data connection everything gets freezed!!! I did resetting the phone so many times but the problem is same!!!
