App in background

I have Windows Central app live tile turned off and also "run in background" turned off. However, when I check battery usage, it still shows as running in background. Am I doing something wrong? Using on a NL930 with denim.

Do you have it open? If so, close it and see what happens.

when i exit the app, it does not show up when i long press back button, so i am assuming it's closed. just would not expect to see it showing anything on the background use bar. i use windows central quite a bit. it's kind of a battery hog anyway, so i'm trying to lessen the impact. Edit - hmm...i attached a screenshot but not seeing here in the app. Shows up on the computer,though.
