Lumia 925, Windows light glowing continuously when connected to charger, Phone not starting

From some reason the phone has turned of and when I try to start the phone it doesn't start up. I thought it might have drained battery, so connected to charger. When connected to charger the start light glows continuously and phone doesn't start. I have developer update on phone and its running on Lumia Denim

If your battery is really flat it can take several hours before the phone starts reacting so leave it on the charger. Eventually it will react.

Looks like you have the Lumia 925 and the Windows key is currently in a breathing light mode. It's normal when the battery has drained out completely and phone is unable to start. Give it sometime and the phone should start automatically. If it doesn't then try soft resetting it by pressing volume down + power for a few seconds till it vibrates
