Phone switching off

My Lumia 520 just keep switching on off why is it happening? A few months ago I installed a sd card in it and sometime when it switch on it say scan the memory card. I have removed the memory card but the problem resist. Please help urgently this is only my one phone.

Are you on the latest update ?
1. try formatting the mem card from inside the phone.
2. Try soft reset (Vol down + Power)
3. If that is not helping try hard reset (you will lose your data apps etc etc make a backup first)

Lumia 520 is known to have issues with how the battery seats.

Make a shim out of paper and stick it in the bottom edge of the battery slot so the battery fits tighter against the contacts. Make another for under the cover to push the battery down harder in the seat.

Every time the phone gets jarred the battery might be loosing contact.
