New Intel NUC D34010WYKH. OneDrive causes problems. Possible SYNC?

Recently invested DKK 15K in new NUC's for my wife and me. My wifes Works OK also with OneDrive. Mine doesn't, possible because a larger number of (100K) photos residing on OneDrive. Our vendor cannot resolve the issue. We cannot get in touch with Microsoft DK.
What on earth are we to do?
