By the way Zune is not supported by windows 8.x phones.

If by "zone" you mean "Zone Alarm" firewall software.
Most aftermarket firewalls block everything until you set your allowed connections.

You have to tell your firewall to allow the connection in it's program options.
Personally I wouldn't bother with an add-on firewall.
