Why am I unable to install .XAP file?

Unable To install .XAP file

I have installed app from net by means of pc. and the i tried to copy the same and pasted it on my SD card and now when Iam trying to Install it , the message is displayed "cant install app. contact your companys support person for help"

Is this app needed for your job? If so, it might be an issue with certificates

After transferring app to sd card restart your device->connect to internet-> open store->click 3-dots(down right)->install local apps.
Check apps to install.

After click to install local apps there no list of apps found. But when recheck on pc it shows there. What to do visible .xsp file and to install it?

I have same problem. I have .xap file of Airborne 8 on my SD card but can't see it when click on "install local app". Help.

Did us true? That local install files from SD card is not support in Lumia Denim? This is what WP forum saying.

Not sure what you were reading but you still can do it. See

But if you read that you can not store maps on a SD card anymore then that is true.
