I'm on Tmobile and when I turn off wifi and leave only mobile data on it still says my host is an unknown Ethernet? Its kinda creeping me out, does that mean someone is linked to my phone and using my mobile data too?

I'm on windows 8.1 phone on a Lumia 1020, when im on wifi I understand there is an Ethernet host that dishes out my wifi, bit recently I turned off the wifi and only used my Tmobile celluar data, when I test the network(Tmobile, 4g lte) it has my internet connection as GSM mobile broadband, but it says my host is a Ethernet connection and it has unknown as the interface type, if im on Tmobile 4 glte only its should not show any type of Ethernet host right?
