I use "bay407-m.hotmail.com" - this is the default setting in my Windows Phone. Checking over the internet, it seems to be the default setting for other Windows Phones as well.

These vary by region. As we are not Microsoft or Lumia here, only a user based site we have no way of knowing your local server.

Try the bay407-m.hotmail.com gpobernardo listed above, try mine which is snt405-m.hotmail.com or try just m.hotmail.com. Once you get a connection your account should get shifted to your local/regional server address.

If all that fails you can make a back up and then reset your phone.
