Lumia 925. Replacing battery without disassembeling all the phone?

Hello everybody!
I was wondering if it's possible to replace the battery of my lumia 925 without disassembling all the phone (as many videos show) but just opening the back cover, remove a couples of ribbon connectors and unmount it.
