Start screen stuck on loading loop after 10166 update

Got the update, and cannot get the main screen to load. Display goes off before the start screen ever loads? I'm on an 830. Any ideas...other than the hard reset?

Seems to be a common issue on 10166. I just read in another forum:
fixed by deleting and recreating the account

I found a solution for my 720 and also found this trick workd for many . Go to settings and then start and then turn off show more tiles.
I don't know if 830 has this option. If it doesn't, try switching off glance screen

The only answer is to hard reset. Back up your stuff and clean slate it. Your experience will be much better.

Aye, agreed. Got the bug myself on 830 : Start screens only shows the loading dots and then seems to crash/ cycle. Could get into some settings, but that's it. Only solution was Phone reset. Pretty smooth since!
