When I go into control panel, I can not remove Google Chrome when I choose to uninstall it. Halfway from when I am uninstalling it, it will not let me get rid of it completely. I am then trying to get chrome back on my computer and I can not seem to get it back.
    I am using a windows 7

Does Control Panel > Progams offer you a chance to "Repair" rather than uninstall?

If not... Reboot. Open Task Manager. Kill any Google Processes and try again to uninstall.
