wp8.1 root tool?

Hi,
I was asking if there a root tools for windows phone 8.1 because I'm new in windows phone and because I used android device and root it and ios device and I jailbreak it and install cydia and I want to know if there something like it in Windows phone

I don't think its as open as the way you mean. Ie jailbreak lets you install paid apps. Rooting allows you to change the os. Not so I wp as far as I know. The most i know about is sideloading apps. That is directly installing files without going through the windows (phone) store. Of course there are also developer tools which allows much more local/ device editing. However, if you don't know what you're doing id suggest staying away.
