Disable No SIM Message for Lumia WLAN only use?

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to replace WLAN phones with Lync on Lumia.
So my Idea is to use Lumia of actual series x40 in Airplane Mode with active WLAN and Lync 2013 (Skype for Business) installed.

But even with Airplane Mode I receive Message about missing/defective Sim. Can I deactivate that one?
Could not find any info about that, so please let me know what to search for if this has been answered...

Sorry but no you can not disable the "Missing/defective SIM". Actual for this "message" you do not need any network connection. If you do not use a SIM the phone detects this and give this warning..
It's is a phone so it is not that strange that it gives this warning. Furthermore even if you do not use a SIM you still can make an emergency call (like 911) this option has to be build in the phones because it's required by law.
But apart from this message you can use the phone without a SIM.
