No sim error message, trying to use 521 as wi-fi only device

So I am trying to turn off the "no sim card error" upon reboot of a Lumia 521. Phone was upgraded, gave it to my daughter for games and such over Wi-Fi or on the road. Problem is when we turn it on we get a no sim warning every time... Can I disable that for sanity's sake? Or are we stuck clearing it after every reboot? Obviously know there is not a sim card installed, and I don't feel the need to be reminded all the time.
