Why is my phone stops ringing when located on the desk?

i have problem with nokia lumia 830. if phone on my hand everything work fine, but if i put phone on desk they start to ring and after 3-5 second stop to ring although they still received call.

Do you have "flip to silence" turned on? It is in Gestures Beta App and also in Settings > audio > enhancements.

If this is on and the phone rings and the screen is down it can stop the ringtone. Or if you look at the screen and decide you won't answer and place the phone screen down.

Hi,
screen is up and i am not touch nothing. Screen is up. They start to ring 2-3 sec and after that stop ringing but calls still incoming.
but if i bring phone in my hand everything work fine. Now i have two nokia lumia 830 with same problem. Do you have idea what i can do?
