I am looking for this, too. I have seen a message stating that booting to tablet mode, which I believe is the Start Screen, is not available for multiple monitors and that really stinks if that is true. I want my tiled screen on one screen to scroll sideways (the new Start Menu scrolls up and down and you can't see as much) and the desktop on the other like Windows 8.1 provided. I prefer to interact with my computer as little as possible and rely on the tiles to feed me information at a glance. I can't do that while working if they limit this to the Start Menu as it seems they have done. Any tips to change this odd behavior of Microsoft's would be greatly appreciated.
