Windows Central Question

I only have one device connected to Windows 10 and just upgraded an hour ago. Why would I have reached my limit?

I also received a Feedback saying: It looks like you've reached your device limit for installing apps and games from the Store on your Windows 10 device. If you want to install apps and games from the Store on another Windows 10 device, remove a device from the device list.
And I having problems when I try to download something from Store.
I only Have my laptop with windows 10 update.

I had such an error.

I went into store settings (click your avatar in the store app) and enabled "Update tile only over WiFi." and my Apps downloaded/updated.

Might be a coincidence, might be a workaround for the bug.
