Turn Conversation View Off in Windows 10 Mail App?

Can you turn this off? As it turns out, it appears you cannot view all accounts at once (http://forums.windowscentral.com/ask-question/370740-view-multiple-accounts-once-windows-10-mail-app.html?mn_qa=1#post3176552). If this cannot be turned off, I will likely not be able to manage my multiple accounts via this app.
