Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working

[Windows Central Question]

I can't get any of my normal keyboard "shortcuts" to work in Windows 10. I can't pause/play with space bar anymore, my volume buttons don't work, so far the only things I used before that still work are copy, cut, paste, and undo. Anyone know how I can fix this???
