Where do you access contacts in Windows 10 Outlook app?

Where do you access contacts in Windows 10 Outlook app?

Do you have to open the "people" app or is there a way to access contacts through the outlook app?

I may stick with Windows Live Mail app if there is no way to open contacts within the Windows 10 Outlook app.
