get windows 10 app not working

[WPCentral Question]

Installed perfectly find on laptop.
Trying to install on pc running win7.

The app opens and the little circular "thinking" dots go round in circle, but never progresses.

Have tried installing updates. no luck.

have tried upgrade in control paned here: Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update\View update history
but get fail status.

what to do ?
