Windows Security Not Working

So I got a new Surface Go Laptop and did all the updates including the Windows 11 update. Well not sure what is going on but I keep getting Blue screen You Windows ran into a problem and needs to restart. I finally got logged in only to see my Windows Security Center does not work that I need to download in App Store. I tried doing a recovery and nothing. Still having same issue. Anyone know how to fix or point me in the right direction

Kindly share the error code... There are various reason of BSOD. Restart your pc and hoping your Windows Security will start automatically...
