Why are my movies and tv and groove apps crashing????

Any time I go to open the movies and tv or the groove app they just crash on me and I don't know why all the other apps so far work with out any problems

What device and what OS version are you using?

Is this a Windows PC running Windows 10 official? A phone running Windows 10 Technical Preview? An Android/iOS device?
