Using HP Pavilion DV6-701 with Windows 7 Home

I contacted Windows support, they basically said try again. Very rude and not very supportive. I updated Windows 7 on several occasions , still the same error message. I check my disk space and have over 2GB available. Your help greatly appreciated. Thanks . - Gene
