I downloaded Windows 10 on July 30 (or so). All my financial records are in Microsoft Money Plus and I cannot access them: I am told that I need to re-install Explorer 6, which I am not "allowed" to do. Help! I tried Quicken and it took my records OK, but I intensely dislike Quicken.

Have you tried reinstalling Microsoft Money Plus? I did a quick Google search for it and it brings up Microsoft Money Sunset Editions. You may need to download that and then reinstall it on Windows 10.
