Where are my outlook emails?

I upgraded to Windows 10. I cannot find my emails from my outlook which I have been receiving since 2013. Please help. they are very important emails. I only saw 141 of the emails and I had over 1,000 of them. All my contacts and calendar appointments are also gone. PLEASE HELP!

Are you talking about Outlook the program, or Outlook.com? Who's the email provider? Ie, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @gmail.com
