Why my mobile is not getting on..?

[Windows Central Question]

I am using Nokia Lumia 520 from one year or so. But today suddenly while using the phone it went off. Now it is just showing an "NOKIA" words on the screen. I tried to soft reboot and charging the phone, but nothing is working. Can someone advice me for the proper working the same...?

Have you tried a hard reset? It will mean losing all of your data, but you can restore this if the reset works ( you do have backup on....).

If that does not work then you will need to try to install the firmware with the Windows Recovery program.
