Why does my Bluetooth LE keep disconnecting on iOS 8?

Bluetooth LE keeps disconnecting on iOS 8

On iOS 8.4.1 (also previous versions) there are two Bluetooth devices listed for the band, one is "standard" and second is low energy (LE). The normal connection keeps stable for most of the time but LE keeps disconnecting over and over again. Sometimes it is just after few minutes, sometimes after couple of hours.
