Why don't Live folders work in build 10512?

Live folders do not work in build 10512

Installed build 10512. Like it. First try on live folders, but the instructions available for 8.1 do not apply apparently, because I do not get a folder name etc. Did they change the method to get a live folder?

it works normally on my phone . Drag and drop this tile on that tile and that should create a live folder . You can name it by tapping on "name" . Basically the same as WP 8.1

Doesn't work on my 10512, when I drag apps together they just return to normal after you drop it.

Doesn't work on my 830 either. Only existing folders can be edited, I can't make new ones.

Works fine on my 1520 on denim + W10 + hard reset
