I Mess With Windows

Hello! My name is all you need to know about me.

I am trying to do something stupid. I am trying to change the start screen of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. I have located the .png file and made my replacement with paint 3D. It would let me remove the original file, but I can't put the new one. It says I need an authorization.
The folder is in WindowsApps. I was able to get full control on the WindowsApps folder, I could even delete it if I wanted.

The next folder of the directory is Microsoft.MinecraftUWPxxxsomething, and even after setting myself as the owner and allowing full access to the folder, I can't copy anything in it. In fact, this seems to be the case with every Microsoft.Something folder inside WindowsApps.
I was able to move that folder to the de
sktop, edit it and put it back but Minecraft wouldn't start anymore.

Just to make sure that replacing the .png file would work, I used a launcher tool that stores the folder somewhere else (I did that work in my documents folder) and everything went perfectly, except that... this is not a normal install of Minecraft, meaning that I will not get any automatic future update.
