    I have this Error#: 0x0000007e on my Printer MFC-J475DW, and I can't find anyone to help me fix this thing, and my printer will not Print, Help

    Is this error appearing because you upgraded to Windows 10? (because you didn't mention what OS)

    Have you tried downloading newer drivers for this printer? A Brother, right?

    Check out their page here... and note at the bottom of the page where it reads "Information"

    Windows 10 Compatibility
    Windows 8.1 drivers are most likely to work on Windows 10 without any change. Currently Brother is verifying that the Windows 8.1 drivers work with Windows 10.

    If you upgrade from Windows7 or Windows8.1 to Windows10, some features of the installed drivers and software may not work correctly. Please uninstall all drivers and software in Windows7 or Windows8.1 before upgrading to Windows10.

    If you are not able to print or scan after upgrading to Windows10, reinstall the drivers by referring to the FAQ below.
