I don't want updates KB3035583 and KB2952664

How do I keep Microsoft updates KB3035583 and KB2952664 from reinstalling on my computer without my permission? These are the updates that apparently generate the popup promoting Windows 10. I don?t want Windows 10 and, if anything, this annoyance is only making me more determined not to accept it. I have already selected the option of ?Download updates but let me choose whether to install them?. Help!!!

Search your computer for Programs and Features (it is in Control Panel) and on the left edge select "View Installed Updates"

Select the ones you do not want and uninstall them. Since you now are selecting new updates by hand this should resolve your issue.
