How can I get the Touch menu in settings to open?

Touch menu in settings won't open.

I just rolled back from windows 10 mobile preview on a Lumia 822, when trying to enable double-tap to wake (a feature I commonly used) I can't because when I attempt to open the touch menu in settings it goes straight back to settings.

First check the Store and make sure you have all the latest updates, then restart your phone (hold the power and volume down buttons together for about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates)

If you're still having the issue after that, you may need to do a hard reset (Settings - about - reset your phone)
