My phone recently turned off all of a sudden. keeps resetting in never ending cycle

it just keeps shutting off and vibrating in a never ending cycle, i removed the battery for an hour & it keeps repeating itself

You may have a hardware button jammed...

Examine the buttons on the side. Do they feel "sloppy" with no click action?

Not sure which phone you have, so hard to advise further.
