    Ok so I have a Lumia 635 and I downloaded the insider program app to get WP10 early. I keep trying to get preview builds but I get a pop up that says I have network/date and time issues. I have tried many different wifi networks and checked my home network but still I get that pop up. I don't know what it means by check your date and time settings. Please help.

    I don't understand why people refuse to drop the "Windows Phone." It's Windows 10 Mobile, sorry to burst your bubble.
    Anyways, go to Settings and scroll until you see date+time (I believe that's what it's called) and just make sure everything is perfect and even just change it then change it back, then do a soft reset of your phone, and try again.

    Hm, have you actually registered your Microsoft Account into the Windows Insider program? The Microsoft Account signed into your Windows Phone of course. I forgot to mention, this is essential, and has to be done in a browser. If you have registered your Microsoft Account already then:
    Uninstall the Windows Insider application and just make sure once again by going through your Settings that nothing is out of place. Reinstall the Windows Insider application (you might think of removing your battery, sitting still for ten minutes, then reinserting your battery and booting back up...couldn't hurt, you know?) and go through the process again.

    You never specified if you're certain you registered as a Windows Insider with your Microsoft Account. Also, make sure you're running the latest version of the operating system you're able to.

    Sorry I had gone to bed...then to school.
    Just go to Settings and find About (somewhere near the bottom) and at the bottom of that page will be Rest your phone or something like that. Make sure everything you have is backed up somewhere and plug your phone into a charger and all that, then go through the steps. Pretty easy stuff.

    I reset it when I got home today. I got frustrated. When I set up my phone I made sure to do everything perfectly. And I'm on my way home now. Gonna try to get the update at home. *fingers crossed* I'll tell you if it works.
