    Hello!
    I have a work email address that will be deleted when I leave my position next month. I am trying to find a way to retain access to all the emails I have written and received over the past 4 years. If I add my work account to Windows mail, will I continue to have access to the emails if the actual email account is deleted?

    No, you won't. The simplest way: Get yourself an email client with POP support, (for example Outlook 2013/2016) or import your current email into your Outlook email (Microsoft account). That way, you will have a copy of your messages from your old email address and you don't have to worry.

    One thing may be mentioned though: Since you're talking about your work related email address, I am not so sure if this would be even legal? Once you left your job and the company, this email address and all associated messages are no longer belonging to you.
