I have exactly the same problem.
    I run W10 Home build 10547.
Windows Update says "If you are expecting a preview build, you might want to know this......".
Then (my translation): "The settings for the preview version require attention. Go to Advanced options to resolve the problems."
Then I open the Advanced settings. There I read (my translation): "Your settings for the insider-versions should be updated."
Then I push the button to update the settings.
A blue dialogue window appears saying (my translation):
    "Something went wrong.....
We are not sure what it is. Check the Insider-hub for alerts or consult the forums with answers.
This error code could be helpful: 0x8000000A."

I ran the cmd "sfc / scannow" to no avail.

I searched the internet, but until now I cannot find a solution.
Is there anyone who has an idea how to solve this?
