I heard some people successfully ported Android apps to their windows 10 phones(in a risky way). I wonder if this will an official feature on the windows 10 mobile in the future.

This won't be an official feature. Android apps would have to be downloaded from the Windows store. However you can enable developer mode and sideload ;)

This is definitely an option to make it easier for Android Developers to quickly and easily port and upload their apps to the Windows 10 Store. Once a developer has done this, you will be able to download the app in the normal way.

However, if a developer decides not to support it, it would be a questionable legal issue as to whether or not you can install them and bypass the developer. My recommendation is to wait for developers to come to us.
