    had two screens, now I have only one
    trying to use apps, but they saying that my trial period is over and ask me to go to the store. But it was a free upgrade

    Can you be more specific with the issue you're seeing?
    Win10 is different from Win8 and not all apps you had can be used, as they haven't upgraded them yet. Sometimes, it also takes a few reboots and update installs, then reboots again to get things working better (this experience varies on how the upgrade went on that specific computer).
