Scratched back of lcd RCA tablet taking out battery! Is there going to be a big scratch on the display?

Scratched back of lcd rca tablet taking out battery!

My rca#rct6691w3 tablet battery went dead.So I took it apart and tried to rermove the battery but it was stuck with adhesive.So I took a knife and slid it along side of surface to remove battery and scratched back of lcd where all circuit boards and battery sit.Will there be a big scratch on display when I power it up or will it still work?

I would try to power it on. As long as the damage is cosmetic and circuitry isn't damaged I don't think you'll notice in normal use?
