What do you do to get your phone to stop resetting?

what do you do to get your phone to stop resetting

It comes on like it is going to work then it starts to reset then when it is done resetting it turns off then comes back on and start to reset again

Re you running W10M on the insider program or the official WM8.x? Either way, if you have the time, perform a hard reset on the device and see if this will fix your problems. During first time setup after the reset, do no load a backup but set it up as a new device.

Keep in mind that a hard reset will most likely delete all your files on the phone, so, back it up first.

I had this problem, the phone rebooted about 10 times.
I connected it to my PC and started the WPRT and was going to go back to 8.1.
But it stopped rebooting and has been fine.
Not sure if WPRT made to stop or was it just coincidence?

It's hard to do a reset when it just keeps rebooting.
