why can't my lumia 430 log on?

i accidentally dropped my lumia 430 into water. i dried it completely, put it in rice for two consecutive days. i used it for one day or dwo later on, it worked perfectly. but now it goes off on its own. when i try to switch it back on, it just displays the microsoft logo but fails before it can log on. any help?
