    It doesn't matter if it's on the windows store, or just an app you can grab off google; I just want an app that has all the features of a standard diary app (password, design, date, signature, add pictures, etc), but that you can use a tablet with. Bonus points if you find something similar for Android. Triple bonus points if it's the same app and can sync.

    Bamboo Paper is a nice app. You can create multiple notebooks. It is optimized for Wacom stylus but works excellent as well with the Surface stylus. The downside: no password protection.

    YouNote is just as good but, again, no password protection.

    I guess for everything more pro, OneNote is your go to app.
