the tab where you can increase the luminosity it's just saying loading. How can I do to fix this?

When i got a notification on my Nokia Lumia 635 like a text or a call, I can see who contacted me on the tab where you can increase the luminosity but now it's just saying loading and I have nothing! How can I do to fix this?
