You can't. You'll need to get a different phone for that.

It is not possible to put Google Play on a Windows Phone. Or iOS App Store on a Windows phone or an Android. Indeed Windows Phone App Store may not be put on an Android or iPhone either. These things are not universally swappable.

If you do not like the answer that does not mean it will change through repeated asking.
